Role & scope of the National Care Quality Professionals Association (NCQPA)
NCQPA is an independent membership association for care quality professionals. Prospective members / Applicants are required to meet independent quality standards assessed against an independent NCQPA quality framework in order to be registered as a member. NCQPA reserves the right to refuse or withdraw individual or organisational membership of the NCQPA and will do so with written notification. Refund of assessment fees will not be provided in this event, however subscription fees may be cancelled or suspended immediately by either the member or NCQPA.
NCQPA is an independent membership association and is no way connected with UK government or regulatory bodies of the UK.
NCQPA does not endorse the services of our registered members. Any person or organisation who decides to commission the services of any of registered NCQPA members or registered organisations must carry out their own due diligence checks & enquiries required by them to safeguard their own business, organisation, staff and service users. They must their own internal policy, any relevant UK regulation and /or UK law. Individuals and organisations become involved with and/or commission the services of NCQPA members at their own risk.
NCQPA does not accept responsibility or indemnify for any loss, damage or in in any event, as a result of involvement or services provided by NCQPA members.
The National Care Quality Professionals Association (NCQPA) Framework
All Registered Members / Organisations must satisfy the independent NCQPA Assessors, as described within the NCQPA Registered Members’ Framework found in the NCQPA Registered Members’ Handbook.
Registered Members’ Handbook
All Registered Members / Organisations must agree and comply with information outlined within the NCQPA Registered Members’ Handbook provided to all members.
NCQPA Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct
All Registered Members / Organisations must agree and promote the principles within the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
Any Independent Care Quality or Training Professionals, Care Provider Quality Compliance & Training Departments, Care Quality Services, Care Quality Organisations, Care Consultancies, Care Recruitment Organisations & Training Providers can apply to join and become registered within the NCQPA Membership Framework.
Assessment & Registered Membership Fees
The initial NCQPA quality framework assessment will not be processed until payment of the appropriate assessment fee has been received.
Registered Membership is conditional upon the payment of the appropriate ongoing subscription fee.

Suspension or Withdrawal of Membership

Right to Cancel & Termination
A cooling off period of 7 days is permitted once payment of assessment fees are received and cleared in the NCQPA bank account.
All members are entitled to cancel membership and monthly subscription payments with 3 months’ notice.
3 consecutive monthly subscription payments will be required to be paid during the following 3 months’ notice period.
In the event of Force Majeure, Care Improvement Associates Ltd. trading as National Care Quality Professionals Association (NCQPA) shall not be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions and in particular shall not be liable for a delay or for non-performance of any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions or for any loss or damage occasioned thereby. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all losses arising for this reason shall not be recoverable by the Registered Member.
